I charge a minimum of £100 plus VAT for a single, standalone notarial act (although I will apply a discount if several notarial acts are completed at the same time). This fee would be charged for a simple matter such as certifying a passport. If the matter is more complex, then my fee would increase.

Due to the wide variation in notarial work, it is not possible to provide a 'one size fits all' price list. The fixed fee quotation will fit your own specific requirements.

​​If a document requires legalisation, then further additional fees must be paid to the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office and for consular agent services. Currently this fee is £110 per Apostille for legalising a document which includes postage charges.
