I charge a minimum of £75 for each notarial act. This fee would be charged for a simple matter such as certifying a passport. If the matter is more complex, then my fee would increase.

I will provide you with a no obligation fixed fee quotation before I commence any notary work for you. Due to the wide variation in notarial work, it is not possible to provide a 'one size fits all' price list. The fixed fee quotation will fit your own specific requirements.

My fees are exclusive of VAT, and so you will not be charged VAT for my services.

If a document requires legalisation, then further additional fees must be paid to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and for consular agent services. Currently this fee is £85 for legalising a document which includes postage charges.
